Enterprise Integration Developer

• Windchill Data Domain Alignment: Map complex PLM structures-including Part/BOM management, Change Objects (ECR/ECN), CAD structures, and documents-to external system schemas using Windchill native APIs and Info*Engine.
• Architecture & Performance Tuning: Optimize integration flows for high volume, low latency, and operational resilience. Troubleshoot interface failures, memory/performance bottlenecks, and data transformation errors.
• Traceability & Governance: Implement cross-domain traceability solutions to maintain data integrity and support audit requirements across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.
• Deployment & Lifecycle Management: Manage integration deployments across Dev, Test, and Production environments. Maintain upgrade-tolerant interfaces during PLM platform updates.
• Collaboration & Technical Specs: Translate business process requirements into clear technical specifications, data maps, and deployment documentation alongside Solution Architects and Functional Analysts.
• Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable integration flows connecting Windchill to critical enterprise platforms-including but not limited to ERP, MES, ALM, and legacy engineering databases.
• Leverage low-code/no-code modules to build API-driven data pipelines that enable seamless cross-system data synchronization, automated change management, and digital thread traceability, * Bias for Action: Decisive. • PLM Expertise: Strong technical working knowledge of PTC Windchill architecture, business object models, data structures, and integration methods (REST APIs, Info*Engine, OData).
• Enterprise Integration Protocols: Proven experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, XML, JSON, database connections (SQL, JDBC), and event-driven architectures.
• 3+ years of development experience with Windchill PTC
• Learns quickly and adapts to new tools, processes, and environments with minimal guidance.
• Proactively identifies challenges and takes initiative to solve them without waiting for direction.
• Demonstrates strong ownership, following tasks through to completion and removing roadblocks independently.
• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance

Preferred

• Enterprise Systems Knowledge: Understanding of enterprise platforms that connect with Windchill
• Problem Solving & Scripting: Experience in Java, Python, or SQL for custom data transformations or advanced scripting when required.

Compensation will be determined in partnership with the Hiring Manager and may vary based on factors such as contract and labor category alignment, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications or licenses, and geographic location.
