Job description
- Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems, algorithms, and processing-intensive analytics.
- Utilize modern development tools and cloud technologies including Java, Kotlin, Python, AWS, Terraform, Elasticsearch, and OpenSearch.
- Lead software engineering teams through the full development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and testing., * Design, code, debug, and maintain complex software applications and novel algorithms adhering to system performance standards.
- Analyze user requirements to derive software design, system interfaces, and architecture specifications.
- Build, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure and search capabilities using AWS, Terraform, OpenSearch, and Elasticsearch.
- Serve as a technical team lead, mentoring engineers and performing quality control on team deliverables.
- Develop and execute comprehensive software test procedures to validate adherence to requirements.
- Collaborate with systems and hardware engineers to evaluate hardware/software trade-offs and COTS/GOTS integration options.
- Formulate simple and complex data queries and interfaces for diverse database repositories.
Requirements
- Degree: Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Years of experience: 14+ years
- Total Compensation: $305k+ yearly
