Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Software bei Kunden vor Ort und remote
- Fehleranalyse und -behebung bei IT-Systemen (Clients, Server, Netzwerke)
- Betreuung und Support von Anwendern im 1st und 2nd Level
- Dokumentation der durchgefĂźhrten Arbeiten und Pflege der IT-Systeme
- Mitwirkung bei IT-Projekten und Rollouts
Requirements
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker fĂźr Systemintegration)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows- und Netzwerkinfrastrukturen
- Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365, Active Directory und gängigen IT-SicherheitslÜsungen
- Kundenorientiertes Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist
- FĂźhrerschein Klasse B von Vorteil
