Job description

  • Installation, Konfiguration und laufende Wartung von IT-Systemen und Netzwerkinfrastrukturen

Analyse und Behebung technischer StĂśrungen zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen IT-Betriebs UnterstĂźtzung der Anwender bei IT-Fragen sowie bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen Mitwirkung an Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der IT-Systemlandschaft Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen zu IT-Infrastrukturen, Systemen und Prozessen

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker fĂźr Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Fundiertes Verständnis von IT-Systemen, Netzwerktechnologien und gängigen Betriebssystemen Praxiserfahrung in der Konfiguration und Betreuung von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten Ausgeprägte LÜsungsorientierung sowie eine strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise Teamfähigkeit und kommunikatives Geschick im Umgang mit Anwendern und IT-Teams
