Job description

We are seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain software applications with minimal supervision. This role involves working closely with hardware systems, developing embedded solutions, and contributing to full lifecycle software development in a lab-based environment., * Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications across multiple programming languages.

Develop embedded software using C/C++ for microcontrollers and/or FPGAs.
Create and maintain Graphical User Interfaces (GUI).
Write and maintain:
Interface Control Documents (ICDs)
Technical specifications
Test procedures
Collaborate closely with hardware teams in a lab environment.
Perform system debugging using lab equipment such as:
Spectrum analyzers
Digital oscilloscopes

Requirements

Strong experience with:
C/C++ programming
Embedded software development
Linux / Embedded Linux environments
Familiarity with:
Microcontrollers and firmware development
Debugging hardware/software systems
Working knowledge of:
Python, MATLAB
SQL and database design
Experience using lab testing tools (e.g., oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers), * Linux
Embedded Software Development
Embedded Linux
C/C++, + Object-Oriented Design (OOD)
Software Design Patterns
Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Coding standards and best practices
Experience with database design (SQL)
Proficiency with Visual Studio 2010 or later
Ability to:
