An experienced Oracle PL/SQL Developer role focused on designing, implementing, and supporting database systems within a dynamic environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, or Computer Science.
• 8-10 years of experience with Oracle databases, including writing complex SQL queries and developing PL/SQL objects.
• Proficiency in data modeling and data visualization tools (preferred Tableau/Power BI).
• Strong understanding of database management systems and SQL performance tuning.
• Experience with debugging complex DML and SQL code.
• Familiarity with code repositories such as Git.
• Knowledge of relational database design, security (role-based), and query tools like SQL Developer, TOAD, or SQL Navigator.
• Experience with data validation, quality assurance, and referential integrity.
• Working knowledge of ETL practices (preferred Informatica, Pentaho).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and continuous integration tools (preferably Jenkins).
• Knowledge of UML for system documentation.
• Five years of experience in the healthcare or integrated eligibility domain, including developing reports for federal agencies (SNAP/TANF/Medicaid)., * Oracle certifications.
