Job description
seeking a senior, hands-on Solution Architect to serve as the technical design authority for STAAND, an AI-enabled platform built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure. This is a build-and-design role, requiring the candidate to personally configure, code, prototype, troubleshoot, and architect the platform., Own D365/Dataverse architecture, data models, integrations, solution segmentation, environments, and platform standards. Develop hands-on using C#/.NET plug-ins, Custom APIs, PCF controls, TypeScript/JavaScript, and Power Fx. Design and secure GCC Dynamics/Power Platform Commercial Azure architecture, including identity, Key Vault, private networking, APIs, and data boundaries. Lead AI/agentic development using Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio, including RAG/grounding, tool calling, orchestration, prompt engineering, evaluation, and responsible AI. Own security architecture, threat modeling, secure SDLC, least privilege, vulnerability remediation, and compliance with NIST 800-53, FISMA, FedRAMP, HIPAA, CCWIS, and Title IV-E. Manage Power Platform ALM, Azure DevOps CI/CD, release waves, automated testing, performance, reliability, licensing, storage, and Azure costs. Own data architecture and integrations supporting AFCARS, NCANDS, NYTD, CFSR, and Title IV-E reporting. Lead architecture reviews, technical roadmaps, risk/technical-debt management, and production releases. Brief CFSA executives, CIO/OCTO leadership, Microsoft, vendors, and federal stakeholders. Mentor internal staff and technical resources., TOGAF 9/10, CISSP or CCSP Power Pages / external-user security HHS, Child Welfare/CCWIS/SACWIS, Medicaid/MMIS, eligibility, behavioral health, or public health experience Federal reporting: AFCARS, NCANDS, NYTD, CFSR, Title IV-E Key Profile: Senior D365/Power Platform + Azure Solution Architect with strong hands-on coding, AI/agentic development, government cloud, security, and regulated-environment experience.
Requirements
20 years: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline. 16+ years: Progressive IT experience. 8+ years: Enterprise/solution architecture for mission-critical systems. 5+ years: Lead/principal architect across 2+ full D365 implementation lifecycles. 5+ years: D365 pro-code extensibility - C#/.NET plug-ins, Custom APIs, PCF. 4+ years: Azure architecture and hands-on PaaS/data/identity development. 4+ years: Power Platform ALM, solution layering, Azure DevOps CI/CD. 5+ years: Application security in regulated environments. 5+ years: Executive/non-technical stakeholder presentations. 3+ years: Operating production systems through Microsoft release waves. 2+ years: Production Generative AI/agentic development. 2+ years: RAG, grounding, tool calling, agent orchestration, and AI evaluation. 2+ years: GCC, GCC High, or Azure Government. 2+ years: Government-to-commercial cross-cloud/cross-tenant architecture.
