Job description
- The UX Product Designer is responsible for designing intuitive and impactful user experiences while contributing to strategies that align user needs with business goals.
- Working closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Content Strategy, and Analytics partners, this role helps deliver experiences that create value for clients while supporting Client’s business objectives.
- This designer will support the Cash Plus team with a primary focus on debit card, banking, spending, and money movement experiences across native mobile and desktop platforms.
- The role will partner closely with senior design leadership to help define and deliver seamless omni-channel client experiences.
Core Responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces across mobile and web platforms using established design systems and brand standards.
- Translate user needs, business priorities, and technical constraints into practical design solutions.
- Contribute to design discovery, journey mapping, and future-state experience planning.
- Participate in usability testing and leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to improve experiences.
- Support the end-to-end design of debit card and spending experiences across mobile and desktop touchpoints.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and external partners to incorporate vendor-powered capabilities and SDK-based solutions into Client experiences.
- Apply competitive, industry, and client insights to identify opportunities for improving banking and spending experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX, Product Design, Interaction Design, or related experience.
- Experience designing native mobile experiences.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design thinking and execution.
- Expertise with Figma(Make). Claude is a plus.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional agile teams.
What Sets You Apart
- Experience designing banking, debit card, payments, or cash management experiences.
- Familiarity with money movement, account funding, transaction management, or card servicing capabilities.
- Experience working with third-party banking, fintech, or payment vendors.
- Experience designing solutions that leverage SDKs, embedded experiences, APIs, or plug-and-play components.
- Experience working within highly regulated industries.
