Mid Scrum Master

We are seeking a Scrum Master who can help Agile teams improve delivery effectiveness, collaboration, and continuous improvement while supporting the organization’s Agile practices. You will work closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and help teams deliver high-quality software in a predictable and sustainable manner. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience supporting software development teams, strong facilitation skills, and a passion for servant leadership and team development., * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions

• Support Agile teams in adopting Scrum and Lean-Agile best practices
• Help identify and remove impediments that could impact team productivity and delivery goals
• Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, and engineering teams to maintain well-groomed and prioritized backlogs
• Assist teams in improving delivery predictability, collaboration, and continuous improvement practices
• Promote transparency, accountability, and effective communication across teams and stakeholders
• Coordinate dependencies and support collaboration with other teams when needed
• Monitor and communicate team progress, risks, and delivery metrics
• Foster a positive and psychologically safe environment where team members can openly share ideas and concerns
• Support Agile Release Train (ART) and Program Increment (PI) Planning activities when applicable
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve reporting, team effectiveness, and Agile delivery processes
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile practitioners to share best practices and improve Agile maturity across the organization

Technical Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile software development teams
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting software delivery teams
• Experience working with software engineering, product, and cross-functional teams
• Working knowledge of software development lifecycles and engineering processes
• Familiarity with Agile Lifecycle Management tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience tracking team progress, delivery metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and impediments while helping teams address them effectively
• Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
• Experience working in customer-facing software or SaaS environments
• Proficiency utilizing AI-powered tools to improve team productivity, reporting, and delivery processes

Strongly Preferred

• Experience working in SAFe or other scaled Agile environments
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or similar certification
• Experience supporting geospatial, mapping, imagery, or data-intensive software products
• Experience working with distributed or global engineering teams
• Familiarity with Program Increment (PI) Planning and Agile Release Train concepts
• Experience supporting customer-facing web applications and software platforms
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices
