Senior Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE)

Power3 Solutions is supporting a cybersecurity and physical security firm committed to protecting the infrastructure that underpins national security. We’re looking for a mission-driven Senior Information Systems Security Engineer (Sr. ISSE) to support high-visibility government programs. This is a unique opportunity to work across diverse teams, support a variety of projects, and apply standardized security practices that drive consistency and excellence across the customer’s enterprise. What You’ll Do In this role, you will:

• Support the assessment and security of complex systems across multiple government programs.
• Design, develop, implement, and integrate secure IA (Information Assurance) architectures and system components.
• Ensure that systems - including platform IT and program-of-record systems - are secure, functional, and compliant with policy.
• Perform security-focused system/network designs that span multiple enclaves and data classifications.
• Apply RMF processes and security risk methodologies, including threat modeling and vulnerability assessments.
• Collaborate with diverse technical teams while maintaining consistency through standardized protocols and training.

• 12+ years of IA System Architecture and Engineering (IASAE) experience
• CISSP

Salary Range: $200,000 - $240,000 Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, location, and contractual requirements.
