Job description

Easy Apply now by clicking the “Apply Now” button and sending us your resume., Responsible for troubleshooting and assisting Credit Union staff and vendors in the areas of networks, PCs, printers, and peripherals. Deploys new hardware/software and ensures system upgrades are completed as assigned. Manages and updates network inventory spreadsheet for CU Equipment. Responsible for Wycom, restarting the Wycom unit and performing mapping updates Orders new hardware for staff and responsible for shipping and receiving computers to System Source. Participates in various departments’ IT projects and reaches out to System Source or BAE when needed. Attends kick off meetings and all other technical meetings to update Project Manager (PM)and Project Team on current status of assigned tasks. Assists PMs with deploying, troubleshooting, training, and rolling out new technologies to staff. Responsible for vendor management of System Source and BAE; overseeing all tickets for the Credit Union, and monitoring progress and completion. Communicates to staff items concerning system failures, outages, and upgrades. Coordinates quarterly meetings with account managers, CEO and EVP to review previous quarters metrics, tickets, security posture, and follows up with recommended security improvements. Handles bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting as required with systems such as KnowBe4, Cisco Meraki and AD Audit Plus, and AWS. Schedules meetings with appropriate vendors, handles quarterly penetration testing, IT security audits and participates in Disaster Recovery meetings. Responsible for the Digital Defense Management, vulnerability scans, and remediation in conjunction with appropriate vendors. Administrator for various accesses like Keeper Password Vault, Zendesk, Cisco Meraki, BAE, MDM AirWatch, Jack Henry Products (Episys, Xperience, Synapsys, ARCU, Synergy), and Cisco Webex, etc. Works with Human Resources to onboard/offboard users from appropriate systems within a timely manner.

Requirements

1-3years of helpdesk and/or desktop support experience. A bachelor’s degree, or achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor’s degree (e.g., information technology certifications in lieu of a degree). Interpersonal Skills Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Extensive knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems, and printers; broad knowledge of evolving desktop processing needs for department and individual use; general knowledge of PC networks and network operating systems.
