Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer (DevSecOps) with strong expertise in cloud-native environments to lead the integration of security into development and operations workflows. This role will focus on building secure CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with security and governance standards. The candidate will work closely with development, operations, and security teams to deliver scalable and secure cloud solutions., * Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy.

  • Configure and manage blue/green deployments to enable zero-downtime releases.
  • Integrate Dynatrace observability with enterprise applications.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and AWS CDK (Python).
  • Integrate security tools (SAST, DAST, SCA) into CI/CD workflows.
  • Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to enforce best practices.
  • Monitor, identify, and remediate vulnerabilities across applications and infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and cloud governance frameworks.
  • Maintain documentation for deployment processes, security configurations, and automation workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS services including CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, IAM, EC2, Lambda, S3, and CloudFormation.
  • Proficiency in Python for automation and AWS CDK development.
  • Experience with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code.
  • Hands-on experience with Dynatrace observability platform.
  • Familiarity with Bitbucket for source control and CI/CD pipeline management.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with security tools such as Checkmarx and SonarQube.
  • Understanding of security frameworks such as OWASP, NIST, and CIS.

Preferred Skills:

  • AWS Certified DevOps Engineer certification.
  • Certified DevSecOps Professional (CDP) or equivalent.
  • CISSP or similar security certification.
  • Experience implementing secure DevOps practices in enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevSecOps best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
