5 must-haves:

1. Enterprise SAP/ERP Transformation Leadership o 10+ years leading large-scale SAP, ERP, or enterprise modernization programs. o Experience overseeing multiple interconnected projects/workstreams within a broader transformation portfolio.

2. SAP Program Management (Preferably S/4HANA) o Proven experience leading SAP transformation initiatives, with SAP S/4HANA experience strongly preferred. o Program-level ownership rather than module configuration expertise. o Executive Stakeholder Management o Ability to influence executives, VPs, directors, and cross-functional business leaders. o Demonstrated success driving alignment and accountability across competing stakeholder groups.

3. Governance & Operating Model Development o Experience building governance structures, PMO/program frameworks, reporting processes, escalation paths, and decision-making models. o Ability to create structure in organizations with low process maturity.

4. Enterprise Change Management & Strategic Communication o Experience leading organizational change during large transformations. o Exceptional executive communication skills, including presenting risks, roadmap decisions, and program status to senior leadership. Nice-to-Haves: Global ERP implementation experience Manufacturing/engineering industry background PMP, PgMP, SAP Activate certifications Managing large consulting firms/implementation partners (Accenture, Deloitte, Infosys, etc.)
