Job description

Experienced Mainframe professional responsible for leading onsite client engagements, driving application development and support activities, and coordinating with offshore teams. Provides technical leadership in COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, and related technologies while ensuring highquality delivery, issue resolution, and stakeholder satisfaction. Acts as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, supporting project execution, production stability, and continuous improvement initiativ

Requirements

Minimum years of experience 8-10 years Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute 8 years of Experience in Java, Spring boot Should be able to lead a Technical Team in Onsite Offshore. Should have very good communication skills
