o 1st round: teams call with Hiring manager and reporting manager o 2nd round: technical + cultural with a few other managers o 3rd round - Onsite, This application development position resides within the Business Systems application team. The successful candidate will be working for one of the largest energy infrastructure companies in North America. The Business Systems application team develops and supports many custom solutions for approximately 79,000 miles of natural gas, gasoline, crude oil, and carbon dioxide (CO2) pipelines and over 139 terminals for storing and handling various chemicals and other products. Day to Day: o Level II / Level III support for Maximo o Receive Jira tickets from various business areas and troubleshoot/resolve issues o Work directly with business users to: o Gather and clarify requirements o Explain solutions and ensure alignment o Implement fixes following client’s change control process Strong focus on SOX compliance and adherence to change management procedures Support enhancements, including larger requests that may take a week or longer to complete Participate in system upgrades, including the current/upcoming Maximo 7.6 * 9 upgrade Support future Maximo implementation initiatives, including functionality planned for 2027 o This person will not be expected to own an entire implementation independently o They should be able to take ownership of/support the system after an implementation partner rolls off Java code: adding users, making configurations, enhancement ownership, writing new codes for enhancements and updating existing codes Miscellaneous duties include report writing, SQL, software upgrades, data manipulation, extraction, and performance tuning. Business reporting: Design and implement new or enhancements to existing budget, forecast, variance, and risk reports as well as others. Identify opportunities and develop automated solutions to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the financial reporting / forecasting processes, as well as other Operational needs

o Bachelor’s degree required o 8-12 years of experience o IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 9 o Excellent customer service skills. o Excellent written and verbal communication skills o Strong database design, management, and data import/export skills in SQL Server environments o Java Code o Experience in Data Visualization/Reporting (SSRS) o Ability to provide routine on-call support Plusses: o Experience developing Win and Web Applications in .Net o Experience in Oil and Gas industry. o Oracle and MSSQL preferred o Finance with IT Related experience preferred This is a direct hire opportunity.
