SAP Source-to-Pay Solution SME/Architect

We are seeking an experienced SAP Source-to-Pay (S2P) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide functional expertise and support the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, SAP Ariba, supplier management, and procurement operations. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for SAP Source-to-Pay and Procurement processes.
• Provide functional expertise across the end-to-end S2P/P2P lifecycle.

• Support procurement processes including:

• Purchase Requisitions
• Purchase Orders
• Contracts
• Scheduling Agreements
• Service Procurement
• Subcontracting
• Consignment
• Indirect Procurement
• Provide expertise in SAP MM and SAP S/4HANA Procurement.
• Support and provide functional guidance on SAP Ariba Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Management.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP procurement solutions.
• Participate in workshops with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify process improvements.
• Identify process gaps and recommend SAP best practices and optimization opportunities.
• Support integration between Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Finance, Accounts Payable, and supplier-facing systems.
• Assist with solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Support data migration, testing, defect resolution, and business validation activities.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, functional specifications, and training materials.
• Provide guidance to functional consultants and other project team members.
• Support procurement transformation and standardization initiatives.

• 10+ years of SAP Procurement / Source-to-Pay experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Expert knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management).
• Strong experience with SAP Ariba.
• Experience with Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Contracts, and Ariba SLP (Supplier Lifecycle & Performance).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Experience with EWM, Logistics, and Inventory Management.
• Strong understanding of procurement business processes and best practices.
• Experience supporting large-scale SAP implementations or transformation projects.
• Knowledge of SAP Signavio and SAP Cloud ALM is preferred.
• Strong understanding of integration between SAP Procurement and Finance/AP systems.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA Procurement certification preferred.
• Experience with global SAP procurement implementations.
• Experience in procurement process transformation and standardization.
• Knowledge of SAP integration technologies and third-party procurement applications.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, testing, and production support.
• Ability to act as the functional SME and key point of contact for Procurement/S2P.

Education

• Bachelor&# ;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• SAP certifications are preferred.
