Methods of Procedure Analysis 2

Performs structural analysis of aircraft structures specializing in Landing Gear, Doors, and Windows (Flight Deck and Passenger). Uses 3D modeling tools such as CATIA and ENOVIA for model interrogation and verification. Provides technical solutions to a wide range of structural analysis problems. Applies Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles to structural analysis. Performs static and fatigue analysis for aircraft structural components. Coordinates with design engineering teams for structural integrity and compliance. Uses finite element analysis tools for structural modeling and validation. Develops test plans and supports structural testing for validation. Utilizes DCCS, ETAC, and PDM for configuration management and product data management.

Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR). Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with focus on Mechanical, Civil (including approved Structural), Aerospace, Aeronautical, or Material Sciences from an ABET Accredited University. 12+ years of related work experience in structures analysis. Experience working with finite element models and simulations using NASTRAN, PATRAN, ABAQUS, and Hypermesh. Experience with 3D modeling tools such as CATIA and ENOVIA for model interrogation and verification. Ability to provide technical solutions to a wide range of structural problems. Experience in static and fatigue analysis for aircraft components. Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)., Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) to comply with ITAR regulations.
