Job description

when system is down, will need to be available beyond work hours

Responds 1-2 tickets, 5-10 changes with 1-2 day resolution time
Analyze/root cause analysis of urgent tickets
Engaged in project based activities - enhancements of backlog
**customizations are minimal; build objects, triggers, forms, 3rd party plug-ins, batch processes, SOQL - query data/objects
Support and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments across multiple business functions.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, support tickets, and system defects, including high-priority incidents that impact business operations.
Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and custom objects.
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Informatica, Sterling, and other enterprise integration tools.
Develop and support batch processes, asynchronous services, approval workflows, automations, and event-driven solutions.
Perform data migrations, data loads, and reconciliation activities utilizing Bulk API, Data Loader, and ETL tools.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Participate in code reviews, release management, CI/CD deployments, and environment management using SFDX and Git.
Contribute to ongoing enhancement projects, including new forms, customizations, third-party integrations, and platform optimizations.
Quickly learn new business processes and technologies while providing recommendations for improving system functionality and performance.

Requirements

6+ years on Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
Strong in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning App Builder.
Proficient with Flows (record-triggered & screen) and Approval Processes.
Solid data migration experience (Bulk API/Data Loader, External IDs, parent-child load ordering, reconciliation).
Integration skills: REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, Named Credentials, OAuth 2.0/JWT, callout testing, and error handling.
DevOps: SFDX, Git branching, CI/CD pipelines, release management across sandboxes.
Strong grasp of governor limits, FLS/CRUD enforcement, and performance patterns. * * Experience Cloud site development (LWR/Aura templates), login/registration flows, and content exposure patterns.
Email-to-Case / Web-to-Case, Live Chat/Omni-Channel basics.
Platform Events, Async patterns (Batch/Queueable/Schedulable).
Exposure to middleware (e.g., MuleSoft) or ETL tools for data transformation.
Monitoring & logging practices; familiarity with Event Monitoring.
