Job description

  • Develop, modify, and test complex software systems utilizing Java and Python on Linux platforms.
  • Perform requirements analysis, algorithm implementation, and unit testing using modern DevOps toolchains.
  • Leverage AWS, Docker, Git, GitLab, Maven, Jira, Confluence, and MapReduce in an agile engineering environment., * Design, develop, and modify software systems based upon documented user and system requirements.
  • Develop and implement algorithms using scientific analysis and mathematical models to meet system performance standards.
  • Build and execute automated test procedures using JUnit and Mockito to verify software component adherence.
  • Debug existing software, correct defects, and integrate software into modified operating environments.
  • Design and implement complex database or data repository interfaces and queries.
  • Provide input on hardware and software trade-offs, system design, and software reuse.
  • Write and review software documentation and process standards.

Requirements

  • Degree: Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Years of experience: 7+ years * Total Compensation: $243k+ yearly
