Digital Solutions Application Consultant

Work directly with business users to solve problem tickets, incident tickets and service requests. Work directly with businesses to gather an understanding of their needs and perform system configuration and solution implementation utilizing SAP Ariba (Cloud system), SAP ERP systems (ECC & SAP S4HANA) and Webasto documentation to help research and provide solutions. Conduct design review, analyze business requirements and implement go live of SAP projects utilizing SAP Ariba system and Azure DevOps tool to track requirements. Support data migration, cleansing, and validation activities during new implementations or rollouts, ensuring accurate data transfer between systems and SAP platforms utilizing SAP migration tools and Webasto custom migration programs. Conduct system integration testing as part of technical upgrade projects and provide training to end users on newly implemented functionalities utilizing SAP ERP systems. Coordinate with SAP Basis, security, and ABAP teams for technical support needs, system monitoring, and performance optimization tasks related to SAP Ariba and MM in SAP ERP. Liaise with cross-functional IT and business teams to manage issue resolution, change requests, and system enhancements in adherence to project timelines and compliance requirements., Must have a U.S bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field and three (3) years of progressive IT experience as a Digital Solutions Application Consultant, Applications Consultant or closely related position working in the automotive aftermarket, wholesale or discrete manufacturing industries. The three (3) years of progressive IT experience must include experience with all of the following: (1) Providing SAP and SAP/MM Purchasing Functional expertise using key Integration points across SAP modules and technical components; (2) supporting operations of SAP ECC, S/4 HANA and Ariba with problem solving in procurement/sourcing area (2nd and 3rd level support); (3) troubleshooting and diagnosing complex issues, coordinating with business and technical teams to resolve issues; (4) sourcing application with Ariba, Jaggaer, or similar technology; and (5) working with SAP S/4 HANA. Hybrid schedule - 3 days in office 2 days remote.
