Job description

Design, develop, test, and productize advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) algorithms and models to address critical operational challenges.
Architect robust data pipelines and ML workflows, including model training, evaluation, retraining, and deployment.
Utilize statistical analysis and machine learning packages to iteratively enhance model performance and deliver predictive capabilities., * Select appropriate data sets and perform comprehensive statistical analysis to drive model development.
Design, run, and optimize machine learning algorithms using industry-standard ML libraries and packages.
Train, retrain, deploy, schedule, and monitor models based on continuous user and system feedback.
Execute standard test and evaluation protocols to ensure scalable solutions and optimal model performance.
Provide system integration oversight and collaborate with engineering teams across the full development lifecycle.
Apply proficiency in key programming languages such as Python, Java, C, and R.
Serve as a technical point of contact for AI-related matters, applying strong analytical and communication skills to lead technical initiatives.

Requirements

Degree: Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Years of experience: 2+ years
Total Compensation: $235k+ yearly (tentative)
Active security clearance required
