Lead SAP FICO projects for a regional S/4HANA transformation program.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and implementation partners across multiple countries.
Review and validate solution designs, ensuring alignment with business requirements and SAP best practices.
Oversee configuration, integration, data migration, testing, and deployment activities.
Act as the governance lead for project quality, compliance, and delivery standards.
Support SAP Application Management Services (AMS) and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide advisory support to business users on process optimization and SAP capabilities.
Ensure external vendors deliver high-quality solutions, documentation, and testing outcomes.

Requirements

8+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP FICO
Hands-on experience leading SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, or upgrade projects
Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting and Controlling processes
Understanding of SAP integration with MM, SD, and other modules
