ERP SAP Consultants FI/CO

• Managing full lifecycle implementations of S/4 HANA in SAP Finance and/or Controlling
• Evaluating business requirements, identifying relevant SAP capabilities and best practices
• Planning, preparing, and executing Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard Workshops
• Designing solutions and adopting them for identified gaps and business process improvements
• Ensuring system implementation with near-/offshore team members
• Acting as a sparring partner for the client and managing project responsibilities, Our ERP & Platforms practice designs and implements transformational solutions for large organizations. • Managing full lifecycle implementations of S/4 HANA in SAP Finance and/or Controlling
• Evaluating business requirements, identifying SAP capabilities and best practices
• Planning, preparing, and executing Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard Workshops
• Designing solutions and facilitating their adoption for identified gaps and process improvements
• Collaborating with near-/offshore teams for system implementation
• Serving as a client and project management partner

• 8-10 years of relevant experience
• 3-5 full project lifecycles in SAP FI/CO/FSCM
• Strong finance and controlling process knowledge with ability to translate business needs into system specs
• S/4HANA project experience and/or certification
• Experience in international template rollouts is preferred
• Degree in Economics, IT, or equivalent
• Ability to gather, validate, synthesize, document, and communicate data effectively
• Broad business skills including stakeholder management, problem-solving, resilience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in English required
• Willingness to travel for projects
