Devops Engineer

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, your mission will be to design, build, and maintain the infrastructure behind this AI-driven platform. You’ll be key in ensuring reliability, scalability, and security - while enabling the engineering team to ship faster and more safely. From shaping CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to building observability and deployment strategies, your work will directly impact the speed, stability, and growth of the product. You’ll enjoy autonomy and ownership, working in a high-performance team where your decisions matter. Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline and secure the delivery process.
• Build and manage scalable infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Develop and maintain observability systems (monitoring, logging, alerting) to ensure platform performance and stability.
• Enforce and advocate for security best practices across infrastructure, networking, and deployments.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost-efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to enhance the developer experience and internal tooling.
• Automate workflows and operational tasks to reduce manual effort and risk., + Cloud: Google Cloud Platform.

• Backend: Node.js, TypeScript, Kafka

• 7+ years in DevOps or similar roles, with deep expertise in infrastructure, CI/CD, and automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with GCP or AWS.
• Solid knowledge of Docker and container orchestration (preferably Kubernetes).
• Proven experience managing infrastructure with Terraform or other IaC tools.
• Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or GCP Monitoring.
• Strong understanding of cloud security (IAM, secrets management, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Flux, or Jenkins.
• Proficiency in scripting or automation (e.g. Bash, Python, Node.js, etc.).
• Analytical mindset, proactive, and self-driven.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across engineering and product teams.
