Job description
Take a leading proactive approach that reduces workplace hazards and risks and creates a safe and healthy workplace for yourself and your colleagues. - Improve asset reliability across the different areas of the site by driving the introduction of best practices, standards and new ways of working for the maintenance team
- Lead the implementation of Reliability Centered Maintenance, Total Productive Maintenance, Quantitative Preventive Maintenance and Condition Based Maintenance methodologies, tools and techniques
- Support the maintenance team in the implementation of the Kraft Heinz Management System, including review and improvement of maintenance strategies and asset care
- Lead the creation of engineering standards with the goal of improving asset reliability and cost reduction
- Provide technical support to the operations and engineering teams, liaising with external service providers when necessary
- Lead collection and analysis of asset performance data and KPIs to guide improvement plans across the site, * Adhere to Safety and Quality standards, behaving as role model for the engineering teams
- Be the subject matter expert for asset performance and reliability within area of responsibility
- Own specific asset reliability improvement plans
- Generate asset performance and maintenance reports as required
- Ensure all site standards for parts and installations are up to date and adhere to industry best practices
- Support management of external service providers
- Support the development of the site maintenance planning process
- Complete fault diagnosis and provide technical guidance with hands on approach when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or HND/HNC
- Demonstratable and relevant working experience in industrial operations
- Experience in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
- Experience in Total Productive Maintenance methodology, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Condition Based Maintenance practices, Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) analysis and asset care optimisation strategy are desired
- Experience with continuous improvement, problem solving and root cause analysis tools, such as PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act), Ishikawa and 5W1H
- Strong analytical skills, a keen attention to detail
- A forward thinker who demonstrates a ‘can-do’ and ownership attitudes
- Has excellent communication and written skills
- Computer literate with solid understanding of MS Excel
