Job description

We are looking to hire someone for the factory’s OT (Operational Technology) Department to provide IT support for production environments, serving as the point of contact and follow-up for all needs related to OT systems and hybrid OT/IT assets in production.

The successful candidate will work closely with the IT department to ensure that incidents are properly managed, that safeguards are kept up to date, and that the factory’s IT assets receive the necessary support throughout their entire lifecycle., * Perform initial triage of incidents and requests from Production.

  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and tools used in industrial environments.
  • Administer industrial workstations, test equipment, and hybrid OT/IT systems.
  • Collaborate with Production Engineering and MRO on IT support tasks and solution deployment.
  • Participate in initiatives related to business continuity, disaster recovery, and improving industrial cybersecurity.
  • Manage technical relationships with manufacturers and suppliers as needed.

Requirements

  • An/a IT/OT Support Technician, with at least years of experience.
  • Availability to join a stable project in Valdepeñas.
  • Degree:Level II Vocational Training in Computer Systems Administration (ASIR).
  • Work Model:on-site, * Technical Requirements: Level II Vocational Training in Computer Systems Administration (ASIR). Experience in Windows system administration and support. Knowledge of industrial hardware and troubleshooting. Knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, switching, addressing, VLANs). Experience installing and maintaining software.
