Job description

Hytech is seeking a Brand Design Lead to drive creative direction and oversee the design team across brand campaigns, video and motion content. You will translate business objectives into compelling creative work and collaborate with Marketing, PR, Product, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

100% remote with Europe-wide teams. The role requires 6-8+ years in design, 3+ years in team leadership, strong visual, 3D and motion design skills, and proficiency with AI-generated content tools.
