Take ownership of deployments during releases and ensuring the sound functioning of CI/CD pipelines. Further develop our data pipeline with integrations to various systems. Leverage your Datadog expertise to enhance and maintain platform reliability and monitoring. Drive IT Operations during the roll-out of existing products to new markets and use-cases. Collaborate with Mercedes-Benz Group IT specialists and external providers to co-create innovative solutions. Play a key role in ensuring the operational excellence of our global payment platform. Ensure compliance of all operational products with Mercedes policies and relevant external laws and regulations.

A burning passion for IT, along with an open-minded and highly motivated attitude. Successful completion of relevant studies in Computer Science or equivalent work experience. Strong solution-oriented, problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency in cloud service architecture best practices and experience in writing infrastructure-as-code. Skilled at Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm and experience with software programming (e.g. Java), Git SCM, and proficiency in the Atlassian Toolchain. Datadog hands-on experience, and deep understanding of features and capabilities. Experience with platform reliability best practices, set up of monitors, automated alerts and on-call service. Knowledge of IT security best practice and common standards. * Fluent business English skills.
