Windchill API Developer

will own the technical integration layer between Windchill and the broader enterprise systems landscape. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on Windchill integration experience and a strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, middleware platforms, and PLM-to-ERP data flows. In this role you will work closely with cross-functional partners - product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders - to translate ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions, and will be expected to raise the bar through code review, design review, and mentorship of more junior engineers. The successful candidate brings strong engineering discipline, a clear communication style, and a track record of shipping meaningful work that holds up well in production.Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Five or more years of PLM integration experience with a strong focus on Windchill.
• Hands-on experience with Info * Engine and Windchill Java API.
• Experience designing PLM-to-ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle).
• Working knowledge of CAD integration patterns.
• Experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, OIC, or SAP CPI.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with Windchill data model.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services.
• Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PTC Windchill certifications.
• Experience with ThingWorx or IIoT integration.
• Exposure to API management platforms.
• Familiarity with event-driven and Kafka-based integration patterns.
