What You’ll Do

1. Reimagine Enterprise Workflows with AI
2. Conduct deep workflow assessments across Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations, Sales, and other business domains
3. Apply zero-based design to create AI-native workflows, not incremental fixes
4. Identify opportunities for automation, GenAI, agentic systems, and intelligent orchestration
5. Define future-state operating models and transformation playbooks
6. Advance AI Product Strategy & Experimentation
7. Evaluate prototypes, tools, and platforms being developed or tested across IBM
8. Lead or support experiments that test feasibility, scalability, and workflow integration
9. Support design of MVPs and contribute to readiness assessments for scale
10. Shape recommendations for build, integrate, or enhance decisions
11. Build Technology & Transformation Roadmaps
12. Integrate business needs with data, infrastructure, and platform capabilities
13. Translate cross-functional input into clear technology and AI enablement plans
14. Develop multi-quarter transformation roadmaps across domains
15. Engage with AI governance, risk, and prioritization mechanisms
16. Quantify Value Creation (Transformation & ROI)
17. Develop value hypotheses and financial models for high-impact AI deployments
18. Track KPIs and build tooling for visibility into impact and adoption
19. Support prioritization decisions tied to enterprise value
20. Prepare executive-caliber materials for leadership forums
21. Collaborate with Senior Stakeholders Across IBM

The position will be based either at our flagship IBM New York City office at One Madison Avenue or at IBM’s headquarters campus in Armonk, NY, roughly 30 miles north of New York City, depending on candidate preference.
