Senior Programmer

You will be joining a highly passionate team of developers creating games in some of the most rewarding and deep genres - simulation, RTS and management. As a Senior Programmer, you will be integral to building and maintaining the core architecture we build our games on as well as working on key feature areas such as AI, pathfinding and networking.

We are looking for someone who has demonstrable experience on working on these systems, has a passion for technical excellence and enjoys working on novel challenges in a small team.

Key Responsibilities

1 - Build and maintain low-level core features and their architectures

2 - Engage in code review with the programming team and provide detailed technical guidance

3 - Effectively collaborate with the design team to devise and implement technical solutions to design challenges

• You will have previous experience implementing and debugging multi-threaded real-time systems at a senior level or above
• Have a deep understanding of the C# language and its pitfalls
• Experience working on games with an ECS architecture
• Experience owning and developing systems such as AI, pathfinding or physics
• You’ll have a passion for working in a small indie games development team, where collaboration matters more than titles, and everyone contributes to creating something special

Nice to have

• Experience working on Unity projects
• Experience implementing networking systems in a multiplayer game
