Sr. Director, Senior IT Solution Architect

• Leads complex architecture requirements analysis to convert end user needs into technical solutions.
• Audits systems design and technology constraints in accordance with compliance requirements.
• Oversees development of key capabilities and performance requirements when developing system architectures
• Approves technical specifications and standards for layered and multidimensional models.
• Delivers solutions requiring integration of multiple platforms, operating systems and applications across the enterprise.
• Communicates the design of the technical architecture clearly to other leaders within the organization.
• Designs the development and implementation of the overall architecture, and helps define “blueprint” for technical architecture to support mission needs.

• University (Degree) Preferred, * 8+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of architecture experience.
• Experience connecting AI capabilities into existing ecosytstem.
• Experience in GenAI, machine learning and AI agents.
• Experience in enterprise integration, APIs, cloud technologies, and system architecture.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with responsible AI and AI use case prioritization.
• Experience assessing emerging AI technologies and driving adoption.
• Experience driving digital transformation initiatives.
