Job description
**1. Windows troubleshooting, administration, maintenance experience (Server patching, issuing certifications, Active Directory, Etc.)
- Experience handling Tier 2/3 escalation from service desk for server and user related issues
- Active Directory and Group Policy Experience
- VMware administration, Our customer is seeking someone who has installation, maintenance, and support of systems, including but not limited to servers, virtualization, and storage. This person will have passion and talent for solving complex problems of scalability and availability in distributed systems. In this role, this person will be responsible for administering, maintaining, troubleshooting and configuring solutions and diagnosing and proactively addressing challenges. Additionally, this person will be part of a team that monitors and maintains system availability. This position performs professional engineering and scientific work involving the design, construction, and operation of computer systems, including hardware and software and their integration. You will work with the company’s corporate IT Operations team to provide assistance and guidance for administrative efforts and serve as tier 3 technical support.
