Job description

As a Fullstack Engineer, you’ll help build the real-time systems that power everything from internal tools to customer-facing experiences. You’ll work across the full stack in an event-driven microservice and microfrontend architecture, contributing to features that go live quickly and make an immediate impact. In this role, you’ll sharpen your skills alongside experienced engineers in a team that delivers fast and builds with intention. What You’ll Do Contribute to fullstack feature development in close collaboration with senior engineers. Write clean, reliable, and well-tested code that supports scalable systems. Join architecture and design discussions to understand tradeoffs and priorities. Use observability tools to troubleshoot issues and monitor system health. Support deployment and on-call workflows to ensure reliability of team-owned systems. Apply feedback, ask thoughtful questions, and continuously grow your skills. Work as part of a team that prioritizes speed, quality, and continuous learning.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any suitable combination of education, experience, and training. At least 1 year of experience as a Software Engineer using languages such as C#, ASP.NET (.NET 8+), React, and TypeScript. Strong foundation in object-oriented programming, design patterns, and core algorithms. Confidence working across both front-end and back-end layers in distributed, cloud-based architectures. Curiosity about how systems work under the hood and an interest in architecture beyond your own code. A sense of ownership, a willingness to ask for help, and the drive to keep improving your craft. Openness to feedback and a collaborative spirit that elevates the team.
