Job description

We are seeking an experienced professional to support the development and implementation of automated entitlement, workflow, testing, and integration capabilities for a custom HR data governance and access control solution. The candidate will help build scalable automation frameworks, API integrations, and validation utilities to support policy enforcement, role management, data dictionary automation, and audit-ready access controls. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop automation frameworks for entitlement validation, role mapping, policy testing, and access control workflows.
  • Build and integrate REST APIs to connect enterprise systems such as IAM tools, Active Directory groups, ServiceNow, Asset Portal, data platforms, and policy enforcement tools.
  • Develop automation scripts and services to support data dictionary validation, policy mapping, masking rule testing, and access request orchestration.
  • Implement automated QA testing for APIs, workflows, entitlement rules, negative testing, and regression scenarios.
  • Support integration of entitlement policies across data platforms, API layers, BI tools, and workflow systems.
  • Create reusable test utilities, API validation scripts, logging, monitoring, and audit evidence capture processes.
  • Work with architects, developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver prioritized use cases within the 6-month project timeline.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in automation development and API development/testing.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, and API automation tools.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript for automation and integration development.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, JUnit, PyTest, REST Assured, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, automated deployments, and test execution.
  • Experience validating data, workflows, access controls, role-based rules, and enterprise integrations.
  • Ability to create automated test cases, regression suites, negative testing scenarios, and audit-ready test evidence.
