Job description

Our client is a forward-thinking company focused on delivering innovative technology solutions to transform business processes. As a Graduate Developer, you’ll join their team in Telford to create and maintain impactful solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate Graduate Developer to grow their skills and contribute to meaningful projects., 1. Supporting the design and delivery of Power Platform solutions including creating Power Apps, building workflows in Power Automate, and developing dashboards in Power BI.

  1. Participating in workshops to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  2. Configuring and customizing Power Platform applications to meet requirements.
  3. Debugging and optimizing Power Platform solutions to ensure they are efficient and scalable.
  4. Providing technical support to users including troubleshooting Power Platform applications and workflows.
  5. Documenting solutions to ensure seamless lifecycle management for support and further development.
  6. Collaborating with consultants to integrate Power Platform solutions with other systems such as Dynamics 365.
  7. Assisting in the testing and deployment of solutions ensuring quality and functionality.
  8. Building relationships with internal teams to foster a collaborative working environment.
  9. Contributing to project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management to ensure successful delivery., 1. Life Insurance.

Requirements

  1. A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or similar) or equivalent experience such as vocational qualifications or self-taught skills, 2. A strong interest in low-code/no-code development and Microsoft technologies.
  2. An understanding of or willingness to learn about the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, and Copilot Studio).
  3. Any exposure to Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, or Azure is a plus but not essential.
  4. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
