Job description
- Design and build integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, delivering high-quality and reusable APIs and flows.
- Collaborate with solution architects and technical leads to shape integration designs that align with client requirements and best practices.
- Engage with client stakeholders to clarify integration needs, review technical approaches, and provide implementation insights.
- Translate business and functional requirements into Mule applications, RAML specifications, and error-handling frameworks.
- Participate in client workshops, demonstrations, and technical walkthroughs as part of agile delivery teams.
- Contribute to automated testing practices and ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
- Support the wider project lifecycle, from requirements refinement through deployment, documentation, and handover.
- Share knowledge within the Integration Practice and help evolve accelerators and templates that support consistent delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on integration development experience, with substantial MuleSoft expertise.
- Strong integration design and development skills, including experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform components (Design Center, API Manager, Runtime Manager, DataWeave).
- Solid understanding of REST principles and their practical application.
- Familiarity with common integration technologies and patterns such as JMS, message queues, JSON, XML, and XSLT.
- Working knowledge of API management, security protocols (OAuth 2.0, HTTPS, policies), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Comfortable working in agile project environments and delivering in client-facing, collaborative settings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to various stakeholders.
- Beneficial skills include experience with additional integration/workflow platforms (Boomi, Workato, Apache Camel, Tibco), prior consulting or client engagement, autonomy in delivering outcomes, cloud-native integration patterns (AWS, Azure, GCP), and a background in Java or similar languages.
