Job description

Drive CRM and fan data excellence across email, web and app
Improve data quality, governance and compliance including GDPR, PECR and DPA
Design dashboards and reporting in Tableau or Power BI
Support Salesforce adoption and optimisation across the organisation
Deliver meaningful segmentation and personalisation strategies

Requirements

Strong Salesforce or major CRM experience
SQL capability, Python advantageous
Experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar visualisation tools
Advanced Excel skills
Strong understanding of data security and consent frameworks
Experience supporting eCRM and digital campaign optimisation
