Job description

Are you the go-to person for solving tech problems? We’re looking for an IT Support Technician who can keep systems running smoothly, support team members with confidence, and help deliver fast, friendly technical support across the organization. If you enjoy troubleshooting, learning new technology, and making a real impact every day, this could be a great fit.

In this role, you’ll help keep our technology reliable, responsive, and ready for action.

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end users.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and workplace tech.
  • Respond to support requests with professionalism, urgency, and great customer service.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and inventory accurately.
  • Support deployments, upgrades, team projects, and occasional on-call needs.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Customer communication?, * Strong troubleshooting skills and a solid grasp of PC hardware, software, and peripheral devices.

  • Clear communication and a customer-first approach when supporting users.
  • The ability to stay organized, adapt quickly, and work well both independently and as part of a team., * Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Flexibility to support varied shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional off-duty hours if needed.
  • Knowledge of gaming regulations is helpful for success in this environment., * Casino or gaming industry experience.
  • 6-12 months of experience in a similar technical support role.
  • CompTIA A+ or similar technical knowledge.

Requirements

  • Valid Oregon driver’s license.
  • Must be age 21 or older.
  • Must be able to pass required screening and background checks.
