Job description
- Deliver large-scale Data, Analytics and AI transformation programmes
- Engage with senior business and technology stakeholders to understand challenges and define solutions
- Translate business requirements into practical data and technology strategies
- Design and implement modern data platforms, pipelines and analytical solutions
- Support the development of scalable cloud-based data ecosystems using Azure, AWS or GCP
- Develop data strategy, operating models and transformation roadmaps
- Implement data governance, data quality and wider data management initiatives
- Define AI and machine-learning use cases that support business growth and innovation
- Manage programme governance, planning, risk management and delivery activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Architects, Engineers, Data Scientists and Business Analysts
- Apply agile delivery methodologies and best practices
- Engage in business development, proposal support and client engagement activities
- Mentor and support less experienced colleagues where appropriate
- Identify opportunities to introduce innovative approaches, technologies and solutions
Requirements
- Experience delivering Data, Analytics, AI or Digital Transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
- Experience in project, programme or transformation delivery environments
- Understanding of data management, data governance and data quality concepts
- Knowledge of analytics, reporting and AI solutions
- Understanding of data modelling and data architecture principles
- Experience working with modern data platforms and cloud technologies including Azure, AWS or GCP
- Exposure to data pipelines, data warehouses and analytical ecosystems
- Familiarity with SQL, Python or similar technologies used for data analysis and automation
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical, data-driven solutions
- Consulting, advisory or client-facing experience is highly beneficial
