Application Support Analyst

• Liaise between technology departments and business groups to communicate system changes and manage process and trading system documentation.
• Manage vendor upgrades and implementations, and handle exchange relationships.
• Participate in client onboarding as part of the role.

• Strong understanding of a Windows environment, including PowerShell, Python and SQL
• Experience in a financial services firm/institution, ideally banking, investment banking and brokers
• Knowledge in FIX messaging
• Knowledge of market connectivity protocols for key global derivative, commodity, cash and equity markets, Fixed Income and Prime Brokerage
• Experience in the technical onboarding of new APIs and systems

This role provides support for all trading and back-office platforms for internal and external clients. You will be responsible for first, second, and third-line support to business users.
