About the company

NexGen Associates are currently working with an established IT Consultancy client who work within the government and defence verticals. They are now looking to take a highly skilled Delivery Data Centre Engineer to join their dynamic and progressive team. This is a direct delivery engineer role with a focus on covering project work across network and server environments, physical DC tasks (racking, cabling, hardware swaps) and contributing to improvement of existing design documentation. The candidate will also be expected to follow, update, and expand existing work instructions for project activities (e.g. build, installation, configuration tasks) and ideally bring a broad understanding across servers and virtualisation.
