Job description

This role will focus on developing advanced machine learning solutions that improve prediction accuracy and operational decision-making in aviation-related environments. The engineer will work closely with a small, innovative team to turn historical data into predictive systems and solve complex, open-ended technical problems. This is a hands-on opportunity to help shape next-generation AI capabilities that support operational efficiency and real-world impact., * Build next-generation machine learning models for new product offerings

  • Improve existing models to enhance operational efficiency
  • Leverage historical data to create predictive systems
  • Collaborate with a small, innovative team to generate ideas
  • Solve open-ended problems in aviation intelligence
  • Directly impact aviation operations by enhancing prediction accuracy

Requirements

  • Degree in STEM with 8 years of experience, or an advanced degree with 5 years of experience
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Strong knowledge of Python
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow/Keras or PyTorch
  • Experience working with complex data types such as time series and images
  • Ability to work in an agile development environment
