Job description
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to coach, mentor, and guide product teams, leaders, and stakeholders through Agile adoption and transformation initiatives within a large, complex technology environment. The Agile Coach will support large-scale Agile transformation efforts by promoting Agile principles, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, driving continuous improvement, and helping teams align delivery outcomes with business objectives. This is a consultative, non-managerial role focused on influencing teams, enabling cultural change, improving delivery practices, and supporting enterprise-wide Agile maturity., * Coach and mentor product teams, leaders, and stakeholders on Agile principles, practices, and ways of working.
- Support enterprise-wide Agile adoption and transformation initiatives.
- Coach teams on Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban.
- Facilitate Agile training sessions, workshops, ceremonies, and transformation activities.
- Assess team maturity and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and effective team dynamics.
- Implement Agile best practices, tools, processes, and delivery techniques.
- Use Agile metrics and performance data to identify trends and support informed decision-making.
- Help teams improve delivery predictability, quality, efficiency, and operational excellence.
- Partner with leadership and stakeholders to align Agile practices with organizational and business objectives.
- Support organizational change management and cultural transformation.
- Identify organizational impediments and work with stakeholders to develop sustainable solutions.
- Guide teams through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support Agile transformation strategies across large and complex environments.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
- At least 10 years of Agile coaching experience.
- Proven experience coaching Agile product transformations in large, complex environments.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience leading enterprise-wide Agile transformation initiatives.

Strong background in:
- Change management
- Organizational design
- Cultural transformation
- Agile transformation at scale
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, principles, and practices.
- Excellent coaching, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to influence teams and leaders without direct managerial authority.
Preferred Certifications One or more of the following certifications is preferred:
- ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC)
- ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF)
- Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
- Equivalent recognized Agile coaching or transformation credentials.
