Engineering Program Manager, Data Privacy and Compliance, Apple Services Engineering

The Apple Services Engineering team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Program Manager to drive critical compliance initiatives across Apple’s diverse lines of business. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring Apple meets its global data compliance commitments and adheres to evolving regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement a program to support internal stakeholders, lead large-scale compliance programs, establish and execute multi-year roadmaps, develop comprehensive monitoring and reporting mechanisms, drive process improvements, facilitate organization-wide communication, and support education initiatives in partnership with ASE’s engineering teams.

• +5 years of experience in data compliance and/or data governance
• +10 years of experience in software development industry and/or big data
• Excellent understanding of and experience in data laws and concepts
• Experience in software development life cycle methodologies, and strategically managing large-scale programs
• BS in a technical field or relevant industry experience, * Familiarity with Digital Markets Act and other competition laws a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and build consensus
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, communication and reporting skills
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
