Job description

Oversee shift performance and allocate tasks.
Act as an escalation point for major incidents.
Monitor network performance and ensure SLA compliance.
Drive process improvements and team development.

Requirements

Proven experience leading technical service teams.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
ITIL knowledge and ability to manage escalations.
Eligible for Security Clearance (SC minimum).
