Job description

Act as a subject matter expert for Customer Master Data within SAP (ECC and S/4HANA), ensuring data integrity, standardisation, and governance across regions and business units.
Analyse, profile, and cleanse customer data to support migration, harmonisation, and integration activities, including M&A projects.
Maintain and update CRUD process documentation for customer data, ensuring alignment with core business processes such as Order to Cash and Record to Report.
Collaborate with data stewards, business teams and IT to implement governance standards, workflow enhancements, and technical changes to customer data models.
Manage and resolve cross-functional data issues, ensuring compliance with global data policies and governance frameworks.
Support data quality initiatives, leveraging tools such as Collibra and SQL for analysis, monitoring and reporting.
Prepare and deliver training materials and process documentation to drive adoption of data standards across markets.
Contribute to the future-state design of Customer Master Data, supporting ongoing transformation programmes and S/4HANA initiatives.

Requirements

Customer Master Data Expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA Customer Master and related domains (Vendor, Intercompany).
Data Governance & Quality: Proficient in Collibra, SQL, data profiling, cleansing, harmonisation, and standardisation activities.
SAP Master Data Processes: Strong understanding of Order to Cash, Record to Report and Business Partner data workflows.
Documentation & Process Control: Skilled in maintaining CRUD process documentation, training materials, and governance frameworks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with data stewards, business stakeholders, and IT teams on governance and transformation projects.
Migration & Transformation: Hands-on experience supporting S/4HANA migration, M&A data integration, and future-state design.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Clear communicator, able to influence and support global teams.
