Instructional Designer SAP S/4HANA

As an Instructional Designer - SAP S/4HANA your role will involve:

• Design and develop target group-specific learning content (e-learnings, blended learning, microlearning, job aids, walkthroughs) related to SAP S/4HANA processes and systems.
• Collaborate closely with workstreams, key users, and trainers to structure complex SAP content into learner-friendly materials.
• Review and refine learning materials to ensure clarity, relevance, and SAP process accuracy aligned with business needs.
• Advising internal stakeholders on learning formats, tools, and methods, including digital enablement solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end learning development lifecycle from concept and storyboard to implementation, deployment, and evaluation.
• Support global SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives through effective learning and knowledge enablement.

This is a permanent, global role with high visibility, offering a hybrid working pattern with flexibility to work remotely while collaborating with international stakeholders.

• Several years of experience designing and developing digital learning solutions.
