Job description

Lead end-to-end project delivery - from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, and deployment.
Partner closely with HR business teams to understand their processes, challenges, and objectives.
Conduct workshops and translate business requirements into clear, concise functional specifications following SAP best practices.
Manage inbound and outbound integrations between SAP HCM, SuccessFactors EC, and third-party tools.
Perform root-cause analysis and resolve integration errors effectively.
Ensure all HR solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with Computacenter’s global standards.
Work closely with developers to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Requirements

SAP HCM and SuccessFactors certification(s).
Deep knowledge of SAP HCM modules: OM, PA, Payroll, Time Management, and CATS.
Hands-on configuration experience in Gross/Net Payroll and Time Management.
Strong understanding of Employee Lifecycle HR processes.
Multiple full project lifecycle implementations across SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
Proficiency in ABAP debugging, BAdIs, user exits, and custom reports.
Experience with SOAP/OData web services and file-based integrations (CSV, XML).
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A proactive mindset with strong ownership and a delivery-focused approach.
