  • Lead implementation, customization, and support of Oracle B2C Service Cloud
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Coordinate between onshore and offshore teams
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor team members

Requirements

We’re looking for a highly experienced Oracle B2C Service Cloud (RightNow) Technical Consultant to join our team on a subcontract basis. If you have deep technical expertise and a strong track record of delivering complex RightNow solutions, we’d love to hear from you!, * Strong experience with Oracle RightNow / B2C Service Cloud

  • Expertise in Service Cloud implementations
  • Proven client-facing and stakeholder management skills
